What does the pre-order include?
$99.99 is the full pre-order price for one Twin device, including US shipping. It’s charged when you order, with no remaining device balance. The planned retail price is $189. Final accessories and in-box contents will be confirmed before shipment.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required to use Twin. An optional subscription will offer an enhanced experience. Its features and pricing will be shared before launch; this pre-order does not start a subscription.
When will Twin ship? Can I cancel?
We expect shipping to begin in January 2027. This is an estimate for a product still in development. We’ll keep you updated if the timing changes. Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund by emailing support@trytwin.ai. For now, we ship only to the US, and shipping is included.
How does Twin work with my phone?
Twin connects to the Twin app on iPhone or Android. Live AI features need your phone and an internet connection. The device is designed to keep recording when your phone isn’t nearby and sync when you reconnect. Transcription, summaries, and the assistant use cloud processing. Record only where you have the necessary permission.
Can I see the final device?
We’re still finalizing the physical design. We’ll share photos, final specifications, and launch features before shipment. You can cancel for a full refund before your order ships.
