Pre-order terms

These terms apply to Twin device pre-orders placed at trytwin.ai through Stripe. The seller is Aponic, Inc. Questions or cancellations: support@trytwin.ai.

Your pre-order

You are pre-ordering one Twin device, which is still in development. The full pre-order price is $99.99 USD, including shipping within the United States. The planned retail price (MSRP) is $189; this is not a claim that Twin was previously sold at that price.

Your payment is collected when you order. It is not a deposit, and there is no remaining device balance to pay. We currently accept US delivery addresses only.

No required subscription

A subscription is not required to use Twin. We plan to offer an optional subscription with additional features to enhance the experience. Subscription features and pricing will be announced before launch. Your pre-order does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize recurring charges.

Development and final specifications

Twin’s physical design, final specifications, accessories, and in-box contents are still being finalized. Approximately 20 grams, pendant and wristband wearing options, magnetic attachment, and all-day battery life are design targets. Battery performance has not yet been verified. Translation and AI-assisted calling are in development; their launch availability will be confirmed before shipment.

Twin is being developed for use with iPhone and Android. Live AI features require a connected phone and internet access. Cloud processing supports transcription, summaries, memory search, and the assistant. Final compatibility requirements will be shared before shipment.

We will share the final device, specifications, in-box contents, and launch features before shipping. If material details change, we will let you know so you can decide whether to keep or cancel your order before it ships.

Shipping

We currently estimate that shipping will begin in January 2027. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will communicate updates and, if shipping is delayed, provide the revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund it in full.

US shipping is included in your pre-order price. Please provide an accurate delivery address at checkout and contact us if it changes before shipment.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Email support@trytwin.ai from the email address used for your order. Include your order reference if you have it. There is no pre-shipment cancellation fee.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider. For questions after delivery, contact the same support address. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Your information

Stripe processes your payment. We use your order and contact information for fulfillment, support, and order updates as described in our website privacy notice. Ordering does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
